This policy explains how Zhuhai Livtra Technology Co., Ltd. handles information across the LIVTRA website, RESONA software, and LIVTRA mobile app.
The LIVTRA mobile app does not include account registration, advertising SDKs, or tracking SDKs. When you create a website or RESONA account, we process your email address, optional display name, a password hash, and security session information needed to operate and protect the account.
We use your email only for account verification, account security, and service messages you request—not for marketing without separate consent. Our email delivery provider, Resend, processes the recipient address and verification message only as needed to deliver the one-time link. A newly registered account remains inactive and cannot sign in until the link is confirmed.
The app uses Bluetooth MIDI only to discover, connect to, and control compatible LIVTRA hardware. Device control data is used locally for the connection session and is not sent to LIVTRA servers.
When users import or export presets, amp files, IR files, audio files, or similar content, those files are selected by the user and processed locally on the device or transferred to connected hardware as requested by the user.
If the system asks for photo library or file access, that access is used only for user-selected import/export actions. The app may store preferences and app data locally to keep the editor working between sessions.
